Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. All requests must be submitted via email with your order number and photos of the issue.
What We Accept
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong grind, damaged packaging, or quality issues).
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or items that have been opened or partially used (coffee and tea are perishable goods).
• Physical returns of coffee or tea are generally not accepted or required due to the nature of the products. Instead, we focus on replacements or refunds where appropriate.
Our Process
1. Contact us at ordersvoyagebrews@yahoo.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
2. We will review your request within 1–2 business days.
3. For valid issues caused by us or our supplier, we will offer a replacement (new order placed at no cost to you) or a full/partial refund.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For approved replacements due to our error, we cover the cost of the new shipment.
• For customer errors or change-of-mind requests (if accepted), you are responsible for any replacement shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or partially consumed coffee/tea products (food safety reasons).
• Personalized or custom-labeled items.
• Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
• Items returned without prior approval.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, contact us with your tracking information. We will work with Dripshipper and the carrier to resolve it—options may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Returns from outside the US are not accepted due to high shipping costs.
