At Voyage Brews, we partner with Dripshipper to bring you freshly roasted specialty-grade coffee and tea shipped directly from the USA. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 3–5 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take an extra day to process.

Shipping Times & Costs

•  United States (Domestic):
Shipping is free for most standard orders within the continental US.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

•  Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories:
Shipping times and costs may vary. Expect 5–10 business days. Contact us for exact rates if needed.

•  International Orders:
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary widely (typically 10–25 business days or longer due to customs).
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet the above timelines, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, or customs processing (for international orders). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at ordersvoyagebrews@yahoo.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with Dripshipper and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly—options may include a replacement or refund.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Because we roast and ship orders quickly, we can only accept cancellations or address changes within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
